The customizable technology platform offered through LearnMore U (TM) is established inside a mortgage company’s website, providing access to all or part of MTI’s training content.  This training can be delivered live, online, virtual or in webinar formats.  Companies can use all or part of MTI’s curriculum, adding their own – or even third-party – courses to truly adapt the platform based on their specific training needs. 

Additionally, mortgage companies will have a complete management area where they can track employee training and can provide individual assessments for each employee. 

Because each LearnMore U (TM) system is customizable to the individual mortgage company, the look and feel of the LearnMore U (TM) Learning Center will mirror the mortgage company’s own website.  The training content will be specific to each company and provide a unique experience to each employee user.
